Give it up, it's a scam. If you want to risk getting scammed, go ahead, but don't try bringing other people into your idiotic plan. So what happens? You get 500 people, all paying $500, and then they file Chapter 11, or more like, they'll take off with the $250k.

You have no recourse if they dont' deliver since you didn't pay using a creditcard. You can try disputing with paypal, but paypal has a limit on when you can dispute the transfer, and most likely, the store will tell you that it's on backordered or that it hasn't reached it's 500 queued to place the order yet. As for getting the BBB to help, good luck, they don't actually help people... all they do is take the complaint, may try to contact the business to hear their side of the story, and then file it away for the record, but they have no legal authority whatsoever.

To me this looks like a BIG scam...in the source code of the front page I found this :
