super huge dillema for me.....sigh

well i met this girl at a friends party on thursday night....and later that night we spent the night together. no we didnt go all the way, just made out. well after that, everyday after that, we have been together and i have been spending the night at her place and doing the same things. the problem comes when she asks me how old i am, and i told her 20, and shes 22. she says thats a big problem and cant date someone that young. its just 2 years! so she just wants to have fun for now, but she cant do this often anymore. what should i do? should i stay with her and maybe hope that she'll get emotionally attached? it seems as tohugh shes just using me, but i like her sooooo much. sigh. help plz.

22 and 20 is not that big of a difference. Tell her to give you a shot and you can show her that you are a lot more mature than the 20 yr olds she is thinking of. and if not well enjoy the ride

Seems like an excuse but maybe she just needs some sort of anti-psychotics. Anyway while you're still getting some I'd not waste too much effort over losing sleep on it!

MY gf is a year and a half older than I am, but that has never ever been apparent in the 4 years that we have been dating. If the both of you are mature enough than age shouldn't be a roadblock at all.

ohhhhh just pork her and get it over with. if she still doesn't wanna be with you more after that, then at least you've gotten rid of a load. no harm done.

2 years. Das ist Nichts. She's either not mature enough to get over being with someone younger than you or she is trying to get rid of you because she only likes you for your massive unit (hence all the fooling around). My wife is almost 2 years older than me, I was 19 when she met me, you can imagine the grief her friends gave her. BUT, we're still together 12 years (eek!) later because she was more concerned with our relationship than what her friends were saying. You need to lay things out on the table for her and see where she really stands. Age is largely irrelevant if two personalities really click.

if she's not willing to give it a chance at all, well its her loss, not only with you, but also with herself cuz she's living life with expectations, those that are always expecting are never satisfied and tho they may seem satisfied, they never are and end up being poorer than the average person (not talking on a financial level)...
