That cancellation happened to me too, with the $9.99 laptop backpack they had on clearance. I even got an order confirmation in the mail, checked my front step each day for a package for 2 weeks, then I finally called and asked WTF! The guy said it was cancelled, OOS, no back order, and I was SOL. That's pretty lame if you ask me. They had all of the data they needed to notify me, they're just too lazy to do it. If they can't track orders to their inventory, even a few days after the fact, their eBiz program's pretty damn weak.
