One thing taken from all this is that nvidia are the masters of hypebeasting and AMD but the learners. I haven't seen this much exciting news on the GPU front from both camps in a long time.

Except CES 2013. That was a giant snooze fest. JHH was not his usual charismatic self.

There is no card in SLI that can run 3 4K monitors in Surround... Where is all this 4K lunacy coming from ? I've ran 4K myself on a single one with Titan SLI and it was a s**t show.

Wish they would stick to realistic claims, makes you feel like they believe their target market are idiots or something.

Well there is your answer then. It will be faster in Titan in games, but slower than Titan in Cuda / DP performance. Problem solved.

Sure they can. Running 3x 4k in surround for 3D gaming is another story though...

G-sync sounds like another upgrade item. Like maybe buy monitors, with option to put in module later for it..I can picture them doing this for upgrades each year like video cards.

If its a IPS 120-144hz monitor it would be the cats pajamas, but if its just current gen 120hz monitors already on market with upgraded board for it I don't see it to appealing.

Opinions can be wrong when dealing with factual things. "In my opinion, the sun won't rise tomorrow." If it rises my opinion was wrong.

Where as "In my opinion, the sun is overrated." or 'I think the sun is a ridiculous color." is much more nebulous in terms of right and wrong.

So he wants no fragmentation and but yet it's the first one who brings back the 90s. :\

Honestly besides the video card announced the most exiting thing was the Shadowplay.

The only stuff that did what they are doing was expensive commercial software. DVR function recording software using GPU with less than %10 performance hit on system. Hells yeah. 20min video in temporary file. Hells yeah.

This pretty much eliminates people messing with encoders/software/codecs etc trying to find what works best.
