I believe it is. I googled it and found several other sites saying it is 1.5v. I just ordered 4 sticks. 16GB for less than $150 is a crazy deal IMO. Thanks for posting OP.

The "V" on the end of the part number just tells you who made the memory chips. Some Googling turned up Nanya as the maker of these chips, not the best brand. The ones with an "M" at the end are Micron chips.
