Superbowl 42: PATS vs. Packers.

Given who's left in the game, I'm almost 95% confident that it will be between PATs and Packers.

if he did i wouldn't even be upset (lifelong pats fan) cause really you can't be upset about the crazy history of it if the Pack won. However i lost 40 bucks on a bet on the superbowl in highschool when i bet the pats would beat the pack in the 90s.... so maybe fate is letting me atone.

If there is one team that I could be happy beating the Patriots this year, it would be the Packers. It would be wonderful to see history made, but Favre would never have been more deserving of a championship. I still want New England to win though!

I don't think Favre is "more deserving." It's not like when Marino was at the tail end of his career, or Elway prior to 97.

Packers looked quite a bit better vs the Seahawks than the Pats did against Jacksonville, for what it's worth. I thought that Pats game was a lot like others during the year, they looked good, I'm not sure they should have won that game, but they always manage to pull out the win the end. The Packers started down 0-14 5 mins in and overcame adversity to absolutely dominate the rest of the game. shrug. I would love a Pats/Packers superbowl. I could live with either as the winner.

I'd say the Packers are more vulnerable than that Patriots.

If that match up happens, I think that Green Bay has a better chance then most people give them. Green Bay's D is better then the Patriots. Green Bay can score as many points as anyone, and has a better running game. But, I'm a Packer fan so I may be a little biased.
