Who would win in a race between Flash and Superman? I remember a cartoon show that had an episode about that, but what do you guys think?

Batman would use kryptonite vs superman. Well, at least he did always keep some spare on him just in case in the justice league

Superman is too powerful, just like his weakness. It makes him a very lame character IMHO.
As far a "cool" superheros my votes go to ones who are interesting. Batman and Spiderman almost always go up against enemies who have a clear edge in power, but they both use intelligence to help them win the fights. (while batman doesn?t have any normal ?super powers?, he is a f***ing billionaire, which was enough to make Lex Luthor the primary villain to Superman...)
Wolverine is also a favorite, because he is something of the anti-hero, he isn?t afraid to use lethal force, and his animalistic attacks are just so damn sweet - there's just something really cool about brute force characters, which would also include the likes of the Hulk and Juggernaut. Batman in Batman Begins was similar in this regard, quickly taking out enemies in non-BS fashion (the likes of which Superman never does despite his vast power, which makes Superman a frustrating character, and not that cool...)

I think you're selling Superman short. He's IS too powerful- and he knows it! His entire life is based around restraint. He's actually afraid to let loose in his fear of hurting or killing someone. You'll see that a lot in the comics, and the Justice League cartoons showed this aspect of him a lot.

Thing is clearly the weakest link; Juggernaut is supposed to be unstoppable (you can slow him down but never stop him completely, and the Hulk is supposed to have unlimited strength potential (the angrier he gets the stronger he gets, so he can easily get more powerful in such a fight). I'd say the Juggernaut and Hulk would be a stalemate, but either would beat the Thing.

Yadda yadda yadda, boorrriing. Supes is a prude, he is not cool, which is what this thread was about...of course that is my opinion. His actions are infuriating to me, not enjoyable like other heros. His "limitless" power is also a weakness of his character design, he has to be retarded because of all the senarios he's taken out or harmed by his enemies because he fails to properly use his powers - but this is just character failure because the writers were too dumb to think of such plot holes.
