HAHA! slowest time. That makes me laugh, I can go slower than that with my 200MMX machine (running at 250MHz now!) Better phear my state-of-the-art box from 1997!

Don't make me pull my 386 16mhz out of mothballs! Would Super PI run on Windows 3.1

Yes Super PI should run on windows 3.1.

I want to see you try it, and do not over or underclock it; in order to alter the results, stock speeds please. Let us know in 2 weeks how things went.

thank you aristo,

The only things I disabled were nortons and adaware. I left all other processes running.
I will try again at 300fsb today.
I am still amazed at this ram, It overclocks so good, and every time I try to loosen it's timing I cannot boot. I have to keep the tight timings in order to achieve overclock. The only thing I did have to do was to lower divider to 188. It did not like running 1 to 1.

thats for 1M man, not 32M
still, 24s is insane for 1m. for comparison i get 32s.

yeah i don't care if you use a patch for the northwoods, i doubt any will beat the prescotts in the top 5 so it shouldn't matter anyway
awesome score BTW thugs
Nick
PS how did you oc that chip? the fsb is only 208, so im guessing you changed the multi? did northwoods have unlocked multis?
