I take a preworkout, protein afterward, and a vitamin pack, usually the Animal pack. But will change it up every so often, same with preworkout and protein. I feel like if you take the same thing for too long your body will get used to it, and then be less effective. No idea if true or not. But I am pretty happy where I am, so whatever.
I am not educated enough to take anything else and I really don't want to put forth the effort. My schedule is about to change where taking something at the same time every day will be a hassle too.
