Supplements - Are they worth it?

I take a preworkout, protein afterward, and a vitamin pack, usually the Animal pack. But will change it up every so often, same with preworkout and protein. I feel like if you take the same thing for too long your body will get used to it, and then be less effective. No idea if true or not. But I am pretty happy where I am, so whatever.

I am not educated enough to take anything else and I really don't want to put forth the effort. My schedule is about to change where taking something at the same time every day will be a hassle too.

I have been advised to take 100 gram Soya been seeds and Gram sprouts daily for protein. Would they be enough for starters?

I drink 1 glass milk and eat oat after workout.

Protein is in meat, fish, eggs, nuts, seeds (most of them) and legumes.

Soya been seeds and gram sprouts are no better source of protein than most other protein sources.

IMHO, soy beans are not an ideal source of protein. Not even sure what the heck gram sprouts are... but if that is what you are relying on for your protein, I would suggest supplementing some sort of whey protein into your diet.

I would start eating chicken, eggs, and nuts and forget the hippy soy beans and gram sprouts

Yeah, I am also consuming good amount of chicken(sometimes also in gravy) and white part of Egg.

Since I have a belly to reduce as well, eating only the white part seems like the right choice. What say?

eat the whole egg. the yolks are very good for you. skip the "gravy" you eating with the chicken.

if you need to lose weight (belly) you need to limit your overall calorie consumption.

Nope. I don't take vitamins nor do I get protein shake mix since I enjoy actual food. Recent checkup says I'm only Vitamin D deficient.

when they did the checkup, did they advise you if you were deficient in gainz?
