Surface and The 4400

Does anyone else miss these two sci-fi tv shows ?

Yeah I would have to agree with that. The 4400 was actually a smart show!

Yah, Lake Bell wasn't a classic beauty, but she had it going on. She was in What Happened in Vegas and was probably the best part of that movie. She was funny.

That said, the 4400 was pretty good, though it dragged at times, and didn't have a real good ending.

Alana Mareva who was played by Karina Lombard was pretty hot in the 4400.

The 4400 suffered from so many characters going in and out. Check out how many actors you heard of that were in the only 43 epi's of the series:

Surface was semi-tolerable, and the 4400 was horrible imho.

The 4400 got pretty crappy post-promicin/future revelation/adult Isabelle/hippy-Jesus Collier. Prior to that I would say it was better than the current season and seasons 2+3 Heroes, but after that it was pretty inconsistent with quality.

Never got into Surface after first 4 episodes, though I guess it probably got much better.

I wish The 4400 ended better, but there are other shows (Jericho, Journeyman, Traveler, to name a few) that I miss more.

Like a lot of tv sci-fi Surface spent the first part of the season on "character" development and not scifi. And the characters were just not that interesting, unless Lake Bell was in a bikini.

I miss Surface but not the 4400.
