I hope next season they will do away with the 3 hour season final and reunion show format on Sunday. Instead, they should do a 1 hour season final show on Sunday followed by a reunion show. No need for the 3 hour extravaganza.

Part of the reason they do a three hour show is because the vote count is live and they just roll the reunion over into the live show.

The first season the winner was leaked before the season was over because they did the vote count right after the season was over. If they didn't do it live now, the winner would probably be leaked even faster now.

Which reminds of of courtney and what she said, that is about the cruelest, most retarded (considering she had CAMERA SHOVED IN HER FACE) thing I've heard on television. Unfortunately, D's sorry attempt at manipulation sort of reinforces that notion.

I liked Denise until all this crap came out. I didn't want Todd to win, and I certainly didn't think Courtney deserved it, but I'm glad Denise did not make the final now.

Do you really think the other contestants would have voted for her out of pity? She had no game whatsoever. She isn't smart/cunning, she sucked at every challenge (the only challenge she won was due to Courtney's errant arrows), and her socialization skills were lacking. People carried her along because she was such an awful player and she gave them numbers. Her whole strategy was to play the "poor me, I need the money" card. She didn't outwit or outplay anyone. She outlasted so many people because her fellow players viewed her as a non-threat who could be (and was) voted out easily at any time.

I liked Denise as an underdog until her horrible plea to Amanda about her situation and poor her and all of that. Then she came out all surprised on how they weren't honest when the entire time they said and it was implied that she was going next.

Amanda's complete collapse in the last two juries really did her in. She played the best game out of all of them imho (without having to resort to underhanded tactics like Todd). My money was on PG (who played as good as anyone on the top three) except she lost that last challenge by a hair. She would have had a great chance with Eric/Frosti in her pocket on the jury.

Courtney did really well in the jury, after all, how many of us saw a 95 pound girl do horribly in challenges the first few episodes and thought she was going to be final three?

The season as a whole wasn't that great though, it was almost a given that Todd/Amanda/someone else would make it to the end and that doesn't make good tv.

Agreed...she was super hot...although a bit of an annoying tease. I really have a thing for Amanda (although she totally screwed herself out of 1 million dollars for being poor at talking). Still, I think she is super hot and actually seems like a pretty cool girl.

I liked Ozzy a lot too, I wish he had won over that other asian guy, I can't remember his name. He played his heart out and won like the last 7 or so individual immunity idols but the other dude ended up winning at the final tribal counsel. I was pretty pissed by that even though the other dude was cool too.

Survivor Cook Islands was easily my favorite ... but I was glad Yul won it. He played a really smart game, not 'smart' as joe dirt here where you lie and backstab at every turn.
