My spec:
AMD64 3000+
Asus 6600GT
2GB ddr400 ram
Asus A8N-SLI (basic)
When i first bought this system, it was intended to run Suse 9.2 as a 64 bit OS, i bought the pro version, and to date (and i know others had had the same problem), i was unable to utilise the graphics potential due to lack of support both from Nvidia and the linux community.
Has anything changed in Suse 9.3 pro, will it install straight away with an SLI motherboard. In other words am i going to waste my money if i buy 9.3 and expect it to work straight away?
Next question, 9.3 upgrade, do i need this version from 9.2 pro (still not working properly), or would it be wise to clean install with 9.3 straight away?
