I have a dual monitor setup.
Anyway, I got a new monitor, and I'm wanting to swap it out as my current primary one (current one is lower refresh rate than the new one).
Question: is it just a simple matter of turning everything off, connecting the new monitor in place of the old monitor, and turning everything back on again? DisplayPort and drivers will autodetect the basics, right? And I can fine-tune things after? Only asking because I'm very unfamiliar with DisplayPort, but I would assume it's very easy to use, and PnP essentially.
