Sweaty palms; anyone have them?

I dunno what's wrong with me but I always have sweaty palms, even when i'm not nervous. I mean whatever i touch with these hands, my palms just start sweating. This like a disease or something?

Is that isolated strictly to the hands?

Nope.

It can also happen on the soles of the feet. If you have excessive sweat anywhere, face, back, under arms, etc, without doing anything, its hyperhidrosis.

I sweat a bit much in heat and when exercising. I also am more sweaty than other people on the soccer field. But when I'm just sitting there, doing nothing, I don't sweat.

yah. If I hold onto something for too long (i.e. subway handles, computer mouse, joystick, etc.) my hands start to sweat for no apparent reason.

i use it before performances, just cuz it gets REALLY hot under the lights. it's good for underarms and palms. althoughi have never tried it on my hands.
