Syncing Multiple 360s

Can all saved games/data be saved to the cloud, or is this done already? I want to have an xbox in the living room and one in the bedroom so if my girlfriend wants to watch some trashy tv I can go play in the bedroom. I don't want to have to keep separate saved games though, ideally I could save where I'm at in the living room and then move to the bedroom and pick up where I left off.

You have to manually copy/move your previously saved games to the cloud. While you're playing you can just select the cloud as your save location. I just use a usb stick w/ my profile in it. I save all my games to it, and have zero problems moving between my 2 xboxes.

I think I wasn't using the proper google search terms before. I just found this article and it seems to indicate that I can have all new saves stored in the cloud, with the only manual step being that any existing saves would have to be copied to the cloud.

That is correct I did it recently..

now the only thing that flat blows ass is.. anything you bought DLC wise on 1 console.. you cannot access on another that you own. without transferring licenses which can only be done once in a while per MS.

This reeks if you are like me and have 2 360s in the house that I play on both.. ( no one else just me)

I think it's once every 4 months you can transfer the licenses.

They should take a tip from the mobile OS space. Doesn't matter what device, you have the account on that device and you can access things you purchased. Heck, they even do it that way on Windows Phone and Windows 8 from what I understand. You have the live account on that device/computer and you can access all your purchased apps.

Also as a heads up - you can only access the cloud with an XBL Gold account. And sometimes the cloud goes down. Rare, but it does. I vote the USB method as well.
