lets put this another way. you go and sign up for a $50,000 a year job. then you and your employer find out that your skills are suddenly worth $100,000, and you're not easily replaced (in fact, you're almost irreplaceable). do you just sit with your $50,000 because that is what you agreed to before the new information? no. you wouldn't. why is this any different?
if that is the case, TO should never have signed a contract with the niners for more then one year. just keep signing one year contracts, so at the end of the year, you can go whichever way you please.
anyway, i most likely do not know all the details of the situation. since TO is not satisfied with his current deal, why did he sign it in the first place? was it him who said last year that he is the best WR not named "randy moss", or was that someone else?
