Buddy of mine has had trouble with 3 of his last 4 MaxLine IIIs. I just bought a Seagate 7200.10 320GB for like $110. I'd consider switching to that instead of the MaxLine.
Why get a 4200 when you could just overclock the X2 3800? You're going to get 4200 speeds (and then some) out of any 3800 with a few BIOS adjustments - especially with that mobo. Seems sorta silly to pay AMD for something you can just do on your own.

it looks like OP is going to game so i don't quite think enermax is a great product for gaming.

The case looks good to me. Has two 12cm fans just like the comparably priced Lian Li.

Maybe but it's not built nearly as nice a Lian Li.
