Like music, fine gourmet food, and wine you can ask 100 people and get 100 different answers. Some will say Rolex, some will say Patek, my bias belongs to Breguet.

Here we have the transatlantic chronograph in platinum. Brings $16k easy on the soft used market in brilliant condition. New retail is over $37k.

Sometimes mariners need to do it with STYLE.

I'd say casio. That overpriced junk we have can't even keep accurate time compared to 5 cent quartz movement. Plus Casio's are well lit, cheap and relativly featured filled with a plethra of styles..

LOL the only way to post a pic of the interior is to remove that back which is rather foolish for the end user to do. The hologram is a green sticker on the back that wears away rather quickly with use becoming a green sticker with the serial number.

The real watch will have NO writing on the back at all (except mine - the sea dweller actually does have writing on its back) and none have the clear back that allows one to see the movement.

Fakes are quite easy for owners of the real thing to spot. Dead giveaways are gaps on knockoff SEL bracelets.

Mine is a P serial dweller purchased new in 2001 at Miami.

Actually there are some pretty good rolex replicas that are almost impossible to tell if they're fake, unless you open it up and see that it's not using a rolex movement, but instead, a really fine ETA 31-jewel movement.
But those usually sell for $400, still a far cry from a $3000 real rolex.
The average higher grade rolex replicas also have the green holographic stickers, and now even the cheapest rolex fakes have automatic movement.
