Wow if they got you pay that much they deserve to keep the money

I kid I kid but jeez that's a lot for a gym membership. Might as well have taken the money and bought your own equipment.

But per my doctor, I'm not ALLOWED to use anymore. But if I WAS allowed to, I would NEVER lose the sessions. But because I have a doctors note, I HAVE to forfeit the remaining... isn't this discrimination?

How does the contract read? That's what it boils down to. If it says words to the effect of "...regardless if you are physically/mentally able to use the gym or not...." you're screwed. Read the contract. I'm sure it's 39 pages in 8-pitch type, single spaced. :roll: But read it.

I have -- says NOTHING. All it says is:

"We have the right to maintain payment for services used."

and

"With a doctors note, you will be allowed out of your contract."

It says NOTHING about unused sessions and/or losing them.
