The only thing she has been remotely funny in was bridesmaids...and she was awesome in that.

anyone who expects this movie to be different than what it is OBVIOUSLY trying to be is being pretty stupid as is. everyone knows from the previews and the fat bitches history that the movie is going to be her being fat, lazy, sloppy, foul mouthed, eating a lot, and being loud the entire movie. and from what i've read about it, that is exactly what it is. so anyone expecting anything different is pretty dumb.

Howard the Duck is the worst movie of all time.

I avoided it because it seemed like it was overdoing the loud, obnoxious, sloppiness that she brings to the table. She was being almost a caricature of herself.

Bridesmaids, and The Heat were both movies she was in and I liked her in. I avoided Identity Thief and Tammy just on gut alone. Critics seemed to back me up on both choices though.

And yet, I bet some of you find Larry the Cable Guy to be a comedic genius,..

Actually, he's pretty good. And a pretty good guy in real life. I can't stand listening to him though because among the good jokes, there are far too many fart jokes, edible underwear jokes, "that's pretty funny right there" and "get r dones." E.g., he panders to idiots.


edit: and the down by the river sketch; the only think funny about it was the writing, which I don't think Farley did. Just about anyone could have performed that role and been just as funny.
