Tax question: Pointcl*ck.com

I am filing tax return and I just think about Pointcl*ck.com, do I need to pay tax about it. It is a little bit complicated here, some money from click, some money from 10% rebate purchase, some payment from cash out, some from reimbursment...., Most importance is it already closed its door.

If you're not paying taxes on items you purchased on the Internet than it doesn't make sense to pay taxes on rebates. If anything, rebates should lower the taxes you need to pay (assuming you paid taxes on the items to begin with) since they lower the effective cost of the items.
