Maybe not the best deal on DVD media but the DVD +R discs are 4X RICOHJPNR01 and very high quality. The DVD-Rs shown in the picture are only 2X. Pretty good deal for me on the +Rs since I am nearly out.
Forgot to mention that Amazon has the same +R discs under the Memorex brand for $29.99 with free shipping and no tax. I already have some on order, but with the free shipping it takes a while to get them. Here's a link to the thread.
Sorry about the previous message, being blank, my computer has a mind of its own. At any rate, my question is has anyone checked out the TDK DVD-R blanks as to who the mfg is. Curious minds would like to know. I have read on other sites, that some of the spindles had stickers on them with a new scan code along with " made in Taiwan". If indeed these turn out to be Ritek G04's as some have mentioned, then the deal is definitely warmer.
As you can see these are all the same discs. I have personally ID'd all of them. They are supposedly made by Ritek according to several video forums where it has been discussed in some detail. So the best deal on them at the moment is the 25 pack Memorex at Amazon for $29.99 shipped and no tax. Or if you received a 10% off Best Buy coupon good through the 11-10 you can knock $6 off $59.99 for a 50 pack of Memorex. I don't use much in the way of - R discs but Memorex have been CMCs.
