Teac CDRW's any good?

Could anyone give me a review on Teac CDRW 12x.

I have a teac CD-W512EB burner as well as a the Iomega 3840int(Sanyo). I like the teac better... it's a bit plain looking but a good performer.

they are ok, and good if they are plextor, but i would reccomend real plextor.

"Badge" refers to the name plate. "Rebadged" just means the name was changed.

No they are NOT rebadged Plextors. Not everything that says BURN-Proof is a Plex or Sanyo. This is TEAC's own design. Review:

The Plex and TEAC drives both have their good and bad depending on what you use them for.

I dont think TEAC buys drives from their archrival Plextor, they've always made their own designs, in this case they just licensed BURNProof from Sanyo. I would recommend the TEAC drives, they're wonderful.
