Team Fortress 2 Error - Strange!

I booted up Team Fortress 2 and have been greeted by these error messages since! Can't seem to figure out what it is. I reinstalled the game via Steam.

Seems to happen on all servers.

The red error occurs when you're missing content. If you're sure it's happening on stock servers try to verify your game cache.

From Steam games tab, right click on team fortress 2 and select properties, then select the local files tab, then press the "Verify integrity of game cache..." button.

I verified the cache and no errors popped up. I'm going to try the "flush" console command now.
