Regardless of the fact that you're already there, the menu link for "home" should appear at all times, and should be the FIRST link in the list. ALWAYS.
The menu needs to be closer to the top and needs to stand out a bit more. This could be acheived by simply lightening the color of the buttons. However, the buttons look really sub par in comparison with the graphics of the rest of the page.
You can stand to add some width to it. It's now a standard to use the resolution 1024x768. Site doesn't appear to be much bigger than 700 or so. You're losing valuable screen real-estate. No pun intended.
Push the top of the page right up against the top of the browser. For me there is about a 50 pixel gap showing the background and it looks stupid. Not to mention that the page as a whole feels very bottom-weighted to begin with. It is a web design standard that all information that needs to be displayed on the home page should be shown without having to scroll the page. Some people have very large sites and can't avoid this, but there are only a couple of pages on your site... you can avoid it.
Eliminate the dead space at the bottom of the page, too. Again, I feel the need to scroll down... but when I do there's nothing worth seeing.
Your fonts change size 3 times when you get the bottom. From Jon Sandberg to Realtor, then again below the horizontal rule.
Try the contact information towards the top, maybe right below the swoosh thingy in the header. When you put it at the bottom it gives people the impression that you are trying to hide it, make them miss it, or generally don't want to be contacted. Sounds funny, but it's true.
Your fonts change again when you go to "Listings".
Do not link to an external site from your menu. Make a page for it and tell people where they are going when they click the link. It is very disorienting and will make people distrust your site... and especially because the MLS site looks like some junk site you'd see in an email about buying dead-end properties or something lame like that.
Make the "Meridian Financial Network" text larger. It gives the site a trustworthy element and you are hiding it. It's almost smaller than the body text. Maybe put that "Certified Agent" seal closer to the agent that it is representing.
I get the impression from the header that you are trying to sell vacations or timeshares or something. Cut back on the palm trees a bit and add more home looking images.
I'm not familiar with how well real estate works, but it seems like putting prices well in to the millions on pages would deter people from clicking to find out more. Maybe leave it off the main Listings page. You need to theme the pages for the properties in the website style, too.
