I have not had a technet license since 2010.
I am going to get a new std license.
how many keys for each version do you get now, I know it was 10 and got cut down but not sure how many.
Win7 keys work with either 32 bit or 64 bit install media. As a result, you get two generic Windows 7 Pro keys with Technet Standard. Each key can be activated 10 times for 20 total activations for the lifetime of your subscription. Once you use the activations, you have to purchase a new subscription as MS won't issue you a new key. Also, subscription renewals do not get you any new keys either (you just keep what you have at the time of renewal, with the same number of remaining, if any, activations).
I know with Academic Alliance (or whatever they call it these days) where they give keys to students at participating universities, each version is different keys. With MSDN they would *have* to be different keys, as it's a different key algorithm for each version, the question is whether or not they give you keys for all of them, or they only give you Pro keys. With my last AA access, they gave us a pro key and an ultimate key for Win7. No Enterprise or Home Premium/Basic.
My gut says they give you two keys for each as they are different products, but i'm not a subscriber anymore so I can't verify.
