Are you high?
No, I wish I was.
So I'll write you down for thinking that a Senator controls the House? Maybe you are high.

Can the OP tell us what Ted Cruz did exactly?
All this fuss started in the House by not funding Obamacare. Only consequential things the Senate did was block the budget and pass Continuing Resolutions.
Did Cruz delay the final vote? No. He acted with honor when time was up. Can the OP face the facts, that the Senator didn't do much of anything? Yes he'd like to, but that doesn't change the fact that you're blaming a Senator for the actions of the House.
Your partisan dogs in the media throw you some red meat with Cruz's name on it and you pounce, even if the facts show you to be baseless.

Cruz clown-danced so hard...
Are you for or against what he did?
They're a damn sight better than nominating the likes of Bush, McCain, or Romney.
That's it? With answer in hand, I'll reply.
Damn straight I support Cruz on this subject. Let all Senators and Congressman "clown-dance" - that's what they are there for. They should take a page from our clown-dance President.
This past month showed that the Tea Party will take a stand and fight. The people know who to elect if they want Washington to change. It's a motivator to get out and vote if your representatives will fight.
They're a damn sight better than nominating the likes of Bush, McCain, or Romney.
So extortion by the minority is now the definition of "stand and fight". Good to know.
I do think it'll motivate voters, probably not the way you think it will.

Extortion by the minority? So then you think w9men and blacks shouldnt have rights? Because they had a minority voice? Having a majority push something through on the minority is something you support?
When did women or blacks use extortion?Extortion by the minority? So then you think w9men and blacks shouldnt have rights? Because they had a minority voice? Having a majority push something through on the minority is something you support?
It's a very simple question. Where do you stand on what he did? Are you afraid or embarrassed to answer?
cruz worked on the bush campaign. he was also one of the 76 senators who supported mccain and graham's waging war against iran. They're a damn sight better than nominating the likes of Bush, McCain, or Romney.
The loony left is doing anything they can to deflect off of Obamacare and to change the narrative of the failure to come, fortunately Cruz gave them all the ammo they need to last for at least a week.
Let me get this straight. Nowhere in my OP do I even remotely suggest Ted Cruz will likely have a major impact during the next presidential election, but nevertheless you know I said exactly that . . . because . . . "socialist way of life" and imaginary Sarah Palin armpit hair references from someone else (not me), a couple of years ago, maybe?
It's a good thing you're not smarter or you'd be really embarrassed right now.
There is no left in this country, so that makes you the looney. Middle/right democrats...
Who claimed Bush was ultra right?Heh I see this new theme from the left in this country. We are mainstream and Bush is ultra right. What is Clinton then? A libertarians dream? Bush doubles the size of govt and he is a conservative? I have a bridge to nowhere to sell you.
But do you or dont you agree he was trolling our govt for the past two weeks?
So extortion by the minority is now the definition of "stand and fight". Good to know.

Tip O'Neill.
Your kidding right? Half of us weren't even alive back then. If it happened almost two generations ago, it is a false and irrelevant equivalence.
Lose the "he refuses to negotiate" bs. The ACA as signed into law is proof of his willingness to compromise.
