The tea party shut down the government causing billions in financial harm to the country and leaving 1000's without income for weeks for a poor publicity stunt that had zero chance of accomplishing anything, throwing their own senior leadership under the bus and tanking GOP polling numbers. And they seem poised to do it again.

I am all for cutting taxes, but I wouldn't go as far as claiming Democrats as tax hungary or tax wasters. Both parties waste tax dollars.

Fact is: NO POLITICIANS likes to raise taxes. Period. The extreme right just don't get it and continue to live in a shrinking little bubble.

I don't see ACA as a "Democrat" act. It's an United States of America act. We are in it together whether we like it or not. We succeed or fail as a nation. My country elected the opposing Democrat President and I hope he succeeds o his policies because my own party imho is pulling to far to the right.
