Oh look, more bullshit.
It has been pretty funny to watch you guys wander farther and farther afield in search of a way to justify your position. First it was the attempt to focus on who 'built' the clock, as if that were the controversy instead of the police reaction. Now you guys have moved on to inventing scenarios and blindly declaring that everyone would be arrested in that same situation, based on literally nothing.
This is stupid.
What is obvious is the kid is a liar. So why was he lying? What else did he lie about? Who told him to lie? What precipitated the lie?
These are all questions you should be asking yourself.
The cops did and they had suspicion to believe he lied to create a hoax bomb, with the cover of "inventing" into create plausible deniability to mislead dumbasses like you guys.
And why don't you ask those questions? Because they might remove your only reason for faux righteous indignation.
Under the current laws and zero tolerance and how the kid acted, the cops responded just fine.
