well, i like to cook to a pretty high standard, and it involves using more fats than your average meal. i also rarely if even skip a meal, or even go short. but, this has never really affected my weight.
i have ballooned to nearly twice my base weight just recently, when i got a job sitting down and with little to do to fight boredom except eat snacks and drink coffee, which then led to drinking alcohol to fall asleep (sleeping during the day, yo).
but, i have finally the chance to go to the gym regularly, should actually be starting this saturday, and i now have regular sleeping and working schedules. will probably get me a couple years to get rid of this flab.
