hi, i'm slightly overclocking my card and was wonderin what temperature should i try to stay away from. right now it idles around 55C and when i'm playin games, it's about 68C, i was just wonderin if this is too hot.
can anyone help me? i have a 5600 256mb version, so i overclocked the ram from 500 to 550. anyone know what will get a bigger performance boost.. overclockin core or ram? and what get's the card hotter?
From other fx5600 users who have posted temps, those seem about like in the ballpark. Often the ram on video cards hardly gets warm at all, but the core is what you really have to watch out for.
