Temporary Ban for smcinsjc

In a thread posted by dababus which can be found here: http://forums.anandtech.com/me...5&threadid=1407440, smcinsjc called dababus a troll and a theif. I beleive it was very unfair to dababus because he is an honest trader. I would like to see smcinjsc receive punishment for his stupidity. Something along the lines of a warning in the form of a temporary ban.

WOW. Calls troll without any sort of proof and accuses him of having 2 user names trying to troll elsewhere. Unreal.

It needs looking into. I see no proof either way.
If it's true, ban for OP in linked thread.
If it's not, long vacation for the thread crapper.

I agree with oldsmoboat. However i dont think a long vacation i snecesary for the other guy. I think 2weeks would be suffieicent if he was wrong.

I am getting a little bit ticked off at smcinsjc. He's doing nothing but trolling the FS/FT forums. Instead of being helpful to new members in the FS/FT forum, he trolls them. Here's his latest wrongdoing:

Thanks for backing me up man. I wont say much because I have every right to be 'trolled' since I am the new guy on the block and.. From what I am hearing, 4-6 people have been trying to scam their way into the forum.. trying to scam people out of their money. I, the new dude, am most likly being interrograted by ones like 'smcinsjc' because this is becomming somewhat of a nusence. Due to the speculation in selling my laptop ... I will just ask for support, and/or suggestions in selling my laptop elsewhere.. Like ebay or some newspaper that no one will read.

Was there any resolution regarding the first thread (e.g. more discussion why he thought the poster was in the middle of ripping someone else off?). The fact that he may have listed it on another site doesn't seem to be an issue. However:

Also, selling on Ebay at the same time as selling on here is BOGUS.

I have to agree with him here. Your entering into a contract to sell once you list an item on eBay until the auction expires.

I would also agree with that.
But if he doesn't have proof that the guy is a troll, he just needs to PM a Mod and let them figure it out.
