im pretty sure my psu sucks up and out, and my videocard as far as i know has an exhaust for the fan... i will look into getting a aftermarket card and see if that helps

You shouldn't need to. So long as you're not overclocking, you have the right to a card that runs within spec and doesn't crash when you game.
Perhaps you're getting faulty temp readings on your graphics card. 90C is nuts and I've never heard of that high a temp on anything in any computer. As an example, an Athlon CPU will burn up at around 85C, and they're fairly robust.
also i might add that TAT and coretemp display my cpu temp at 40c stock speeds but my mobo program says 32c..hmm i will fool around im running my video card underclocked.
oh and it did crash while i game thts why i posted
