Is it just me? Probably. I have a lot different tastes than most people do. Restaurants that I like go out of business all the time. Drives me nuts. I actually liked Guns'n'Roses when they came out with November Rain and other similar songs. The military march drum solo was great. Most people thought those songs sucked. I like Coke Zero, which, according to recent threads here, most people don't seem to like. I prefer to drive a stick-shift, while most people prefer automatics because they're easier. I like manual transmissions because I feel like I'm better in control of the vehicle. Automatics don't seem to have the same "get-up-and-go" that manuals have. Also, I'm a short, skinny Libertarian white guy, and I am a huge fan of sumo wrestling.

So what do I know anyway?

tera patrick is pretty well known i think. didn't even know carmen had that nickname. to me, THAT sounds weird.

And as I stated before, if the IEEE wanted to change computer vernacular before it was ingrained into everday usage, they should have done it 30 years ago. They were a bit late to the party to try to change things now.
