Making/buying a cargo net would've worked. Bag the ends and tie it to (the meager)cargo loops inside.

I looked the the bed up to see what it came with. Looks like 4 attachment points, which is lame. If I were designing a truck, the bed would be loaded with tiedowns.

Or just get it delivered. We have the technology to put larger items on trailers.

But that tends to cost $50-75 per delivery. Best to pay 150k for a truck that doesn't even have an 8 foot bed.

Yes, many people choose to take the insane position and burn their money.

Or simply strap down your load so it doesn't fall off. This applies to a 10k truck as well as a 150k truck. It's not rocket science.
