Tesla cyber trucks are filling up parking lots near dealerships. Of course they're going to sell a lot in the beginning cuz as you point it out they had 4 years of back orders, but while they probably won't release numbers,I guarantee the vast majority of pre-orders have backed out or not doing anything about it. They were sold a different vehicle back then with hype and words. Now that the realities here it's not so pretty.

It may also have to do with any ingredient used in the plastic. I don't know about parts like that, but some wiring insulation uses soy now which is problematic as it attracts critters.

Just looked. It appears that 247 new Tesla's have been sold here this year from the only dealer in the state. Probably sell a whole lot better if they made a diesel version.

Somewhere around here Scooter and Bubba have to be figuring out how to do that.
