i just ate 2 snack sized twix bars with my 2nd sandwich of the day for my 2nd "meal" at work.

but it's okay because i washed it down with a diet dr. pepper.

A blt sandwich with 2 bacon is about 300. I didn't say cheese. SOO sorry about four bowls of cheerios being 200 each. Cut it down to two bowls and eat everything else and you'll achieve the same results.

The point was to demonstrate that if you eat normal, unprocessed shit you could eat all of that a day and be at 2500. All of it. Everyday. It's a metric sit ton of food. I also mentioned approximate serving sizes which again you ignored.

What you still can't understand is that you weren't doing this. You think a half box of cheerios is a serving. You think a blt sandwich means 'with cheese'.

What you demonstrated is that you couldn't control yourself. I don't know what you ate, but it was a shit ton more than you needed because you admittedly hit almost 400 lbs.

What you also demonstrate is that you don't understand fitness at all. I described how most people, including yourself working out, are most likely not burning quite 2500 calories. I demonstrated that my 30 minute RUN (8mph+) barely burns 500 calories. I work out 5 days a week for almost two hours and have for a decade. Your 30 minute WALK (3mph) and then 5 minutes of lifting light weights 3 times a week will not burn the 1000 calories you hope it will.
when did I say that I hoped it would burn 1000 calories. I'm losing on average 2 lbs per right now and I'm happy with that. I could do more but I'm fine right now.
You also left out the incline that I'm on which was 10 degrees at the time to achieve a 145 bpm heart rate. I'm now on a12 degree incline to do the same. And again just because I was heavyheavily doesn't mean that I'm ignorant about fitness. knowing how to do something and actually doing it.

I don't know what it is that you're trying to criticize or why you need to suggest that I'm hoping to do more when I even stated that my goals are fairly modest. I'm looking at what I can achieve and maintain indefinitely Not what I can do for the year. at the end of the day its and about the results and I have those.

You're fat.

Last time I checked I was at 19% body fat which is considered healthy. And that was wgile i was 10 lbs heavier with a 38" waist and I'm now down to a 37" waisthe which is smaller than my hips and chest.

Ooo that bitch pisses me off. Shes the one that whines about "healthy food being too expensive". One of those dipshits that thinks weightwatchers ready meals are the be all and end all of healthy food.

Probably never set foot in the fruit and veg aisle. Has never tried oats. Dosent know about skimmed milk. :thumbsdown:

I need to buy some whole milk again and try it. Working on weaning myself back onto the fuller fat milks.

Thank god for fat acceptance! We wouldn't want bad parents to damage their children and tell them to go outside and play. It's important that we improve these children's self image so they can play video games and eat junk food without feeling ashamed of their bodies.
