Unfortunately they were payback to Clinton's crooks and "friends of the family".

Now if you have a way to argue about Marc Rich (a convicted tax evader and well-known Clinton crook-friend) or Susan McDougal (who went to jail to protect the Clintons), go right ahead. Otherwise keep quiet as you're making yourself look like a partisan hack.
