Well the local utility here Puget Sound Energy. Has been requesting people to reduce their power consumption (finally broke above freezing at one point yesterday) due to unusual power usage. Yea, it's cold as shit Sherlock. Piss poor planning is what I surmise.Listening to conservatives, I thought only the CA grid had issues.
