Texture Errors

Ever since I updated my graphics card (Radeon 9500 pro) drivers (4.5) I have been getting weird texture errors in games...lines extend off of objects and sometimes there are blank spots.
here are some samples of the errors:

I have tried reinstalling the drivers 3 times, and as you can imagine ATi's tech support isn't very helpful.

You may want to do a driver cleaning. Ever used Driver Cleaner? If not here is the general procedure:

1. Download Driver Cleaner and install.
2. Remove the current drivers using the Control Panel->Add Remove Programs applet.
3. Reboot and go into safe mode (to get to safe mode hit F8 during the boot process on the screen after the hard drives and memory/CPU are shown, the same screen that is right before the Windows loading bar comes up with a black screen). Then select Safe Mode from the menu.
4. In safe mode run Driver Cleaner selecting the ATI drivers option (only display drivers, if there is something listed as ATI IDE or something else do not uninstall, you simply want to select the ATI option and the ATI CCC if you want to remove the Control Panel as well - recommended).
5. Reboot after DC indicates that is finished cleaning.
6. Disable any virus, spyware, etc. scanning software as you install the ATI drivers again.
7. Once installation is finished reboot and see if it fixed your problems.

If this did not solve it then there are a few things you may want to consider:
1. The latest drivers have issues with the games you are trying to play (does it happen in all game or just in some?).
2. You may have to install an older version for now until a new driver is released that may fix your problems.
