Flash should work. Uninstall and reinstall just Flash.

Tried that and tried uninstalling and reinstalling different browsers, with ICS twitch streams that played fine at 720p/1080p are now having problems going above 10fps at 480p or lower and some just bug out. Don't know if it is specifically ICS or the updated Flash player for ICS, also have had some weird graphical bugs pop up in other apps like weird flickering in the Youtube app's homepage.

My transformer is exhibiting a lot of lag / stuttering after the update and I'm getting a huge increase in the number of crashes and freezes that require a power cycle of the tablet. Anybody else? Running stock, not sure if still rooted (was prior to the update).

Some great new features, though.

No problems so far. I like the upgrade a lot.

did the update last night. It is decent. I don't think it was the leap I was expecting it to be. GB to ICS was a much larger leap. Either way glad Asus focused on getting us the update ASAP. Sign of a solid company.

What are the major differences between ICS and honeycomb?

I updated the one at my local bestbuy. Took awhile to download and install. Didn't play with it much but seemed a little choppy. Might play around with it next time to see how it is. The Acer A200? they had already had ICS on it but looks like screen not as nice.

Update went well. How do you add apps to the lock screen?

Spoke too soon. Twice now, after leaving my TF alone for a while it has crashed and started to reboot, only to get stuck on the first 'ASUS' screen. I had to hold down the power button for a while to turn it off. I guess I'm going to try a factory refresh when I have time :\

My issues seem to have resolved themselves after I cleared up some more internal storage space by removing some movie files.

There are at least two rooted ICS installs now over at XDA. I installed Revolver 4 by Gnufabio and it all seems pretty good so far.

Nice. BBs near me block the update server on their WiFi.

Now, the Verizon store, on the other hand, I updated both their display Droid X2s from Froyo to Gingerbread, and updated a Droid Incredible 2 with some minor point release updates.

Did you flash the CWM ICS rom?

Checked into it after I read your post. Had not tried connecting to pc since installing ICS. Could not connect to my pc either.

You must go here and simply install the CWM ICS upgrade package. If you used US ics rom, you must use US update etc.

Nice. BBs near me block the update server on their WiFi.

I always end up wifi tethering devices to my LTE at BB. Half the crap isn't even connected to their network, and their wifi is always like 1mbps.

"Touch wood" everything seems to be running very well with my ICS update Even have the Chrome beta installed. It seems to run significantly slower than the stock browser currently but I'm guessing that's due to it being a beta?

Anybody else getting random instances where all the home screens go blank and it's just the background wallpaper and the navigation menu? I've had it happen several times and I have to power cycle the tablet.

Right here tdawg..

other things i've noticed:
-mine will just freeze when it boots up sometimes. spinning circle of dots just stops

-slower response after ICS. just doesn't feel smooth and things are noticeably laggy to respond. sometimes the power button takes a sec before the device turns on.

-lower wifi signal . my desk used to get ~-55-40dba signal. routers just in the other room through 1 door 20ft away. now it gets near -70dba range.

-bricked. buddies of mine had they're tf101s insta-brick upon update.. i guess i was the lucky one..

oh yeah.. all of ours are stock unmolested eeepads

Count me in the bricked category, wasn't an instant brick but now it won't turn on and I'm not rooted.

Well, mine has been thoroughly molested, and it works GREAT.

Bootup is very much improved. It takes less than half the time it did on HC.

Last night my Transformer was acting funny. The screen wouldn't turn on no matter how many times I pushed the power button. I held it down for about 10 seconds with no luck. So I just gave up and left it and a few seconds later the boot up screen came on. It had a full charge.

Just a tip of advice for you guys. When you updating to ICS, make sure you delete the Android folder that is on the SD card. I found that that folder alone can make the whole install not stable.

Mine just finished. Have to admit, the change is significant enough that I noticed right away.

Me too. And one of the games that I have been playing has been locking up for the past two weeks; seems all it needed was an Ice Cream Sandwich.

ICS is so much better than Honeycomb. I knew it would be awesome when my friend's HP touchpad running the 0.6 alpha of ICS was at least as smooth as 3.2 on my Transformer TF101, despite the touchpad having no hardware acceleration yet!

Android 4.0 on the Transformer is wonderful. Simple things like creating folders, resizeable widgets (and much better first party widgets), flick to close a program from the program switcher, etc. make it a joy to use.

So I have the TF101 and I did the update; but not sure why folks say it is so much better. I mean it is different but in general I've not noticed a lot of changes (either positive or negative).

No update available as of late last night for my sister's 3.2 Transformer. Are you all doing it the unofficial way?
