Of course, by my definiton, to be a ricer you must have a complete lack of power. so it is impossable for a ricer to have power by definition.

By my definition, huge spoilers, excessive stickers, 1" ride heights, huge rims with so little rubber on them they look like wagon wheels (esp on a sedan), noisy mufflers, and all that other great stuff are still rice even if you have any kind of power.

Individually, those things aren't rice but when you combine 3 or more and your visual mods no longer fall into the "tastefully done" category it becomes rice.

I've seen a couple of well done cars. But, yeah, the vast majority are fugly! What's worse than that is that farty bumblebee exhaust that tries to trick you into looking at the fugliness!

It's a lot easier to ignore it if it just looks like crap instead of sounding like crap as well.

haha, that was pretty good, tricking you into looking... it works the same way with nice systems in cars though, they make ya look even if you are dreading what your going to see...

man a ricer blew by me on the highway the other day he was so loud i almost jumped out of my seat but i was seatbelted. i don't understand how they avoid getting a 1000 tickets
