Both teams benefit.

Hmmm,

Do we want to keep this fight clean??? I know a guy who has over 230 000 WU's and he is in the top 150. He stopped crunching last summer, I could ask him to "join" the TeAm? But since he is not crunching... I don't know. Would that be unfair?

Yes, we do want to keep it clean. I would much prefer he "WANTED" to crunch for TeAm AnandTech and start with zero than just to shift crunched WU's to us and not care.
