I had to send my 875 motherboard back to intel on Tuesday this week because the onboard 1GIG NIC went out. They sent out my new board yesturday so I should have it tomorrow and back up and crunching 17WU's a day starting tomorrow night. Lets Do It TeAm.

OK PopPop77!!! Thats why I do not like onboard everything. If one thing fails the whole PC is down. Ill keep my PCI and AGP slots thank you. I dont even use the onboard nics on a server board. I install 2 PCI NICS If one ever fails I have 2 onboard to back me up untill I get a replacement.

Switched my Work PC over to SETI. Dual Hyperthreaded P4 - 2.8ghz Xeons with 2 GB of RAM. Muhahahahahaha. I'll install on a couple more boxes when I get home. I should have 3 that can do it. Maybe four. 3 are dual proc, so hopefully I can help! -Tal

Re SETIs frequency ,you could be right ,& we could be searching the wrong band ,who knows!? ,my point was that neither of us could prove it either way atm.There's only one way to know (or at least have a good idea) & thats to 'Search'

Got my replacement Motherboard in the mail now my main Seti WU Cruncher is back up and running like a champ. Back to 17 WU's a day for the team

Sorry guys. My rig hasn't been spitting out WUs lately because of a recent format/reinstall. Just hadn't had time to put Seti on again. Some other things had to be done first on other machines.

Pop, I'm getting 16+ a day from a P$C <--- not a typo 2.8 on an 875PBZLK w/2x256 Corsair XMS LL. Reckon this is an average AR issue, or the extra $ for the 3.0 is less bang for the buck? PM me, and let's compare notes.

Regarding my bud with the 10M+ WUs --- Oops! 10K+ --- He just might be along shortly. If so, I will catch a "down arrow" on the stats page, but take some small comfort in knowing that I have done my best for the TeAm, and hope to be forgiven in advance for future crimes and misdemeanors.
