You can drive the second monitor with the Sandy Bridge integrated graphics, FYI. If you drive both monitors with the GTX 570, it won't downclock to idle frequencies at idle. At least that's what happens with my 560 ti when using two 60hz monitors or one 120hz monitor on desktop.
Usually I don't recommend Acer products, be it displays or laptops. They're a cheap brand targeted at people who just look at the price tag... Though I guess good enough for the majority of people.
