That is IT... i admit... women are horrible.

I cannot believe I am even admitting this, but I am so annoyed.
This morning, I went to a local coffee/bakery place for work. As i walked in, a very nice man held the door for me as he was leaving. He also held the door for the woman in front of me.

Now, she ordered her double frap half caf no sugar soy latte and waited for it, then i ordered my items as well. Her coffee and my stuff came up at about the same time and i was literally ONE step behind her as we walked out the door. She saw how much i was carrying, yet she pushed open the door and let it slam in my face as she walked out.
That irks me more than anything. She was a total bitch, just concerned about herself.

This is what I have noticed: Most women are B!TCHES. It is true. They are horrible and inconsiderate.
Why is this? is it the way were are programed? Has soceity taught us that we are supposed to be better than everyone else... other women included?

Because this annoys me so much, I have made it a point to be the exact opposite as this witch of a woman was today.

Has anyone else every noticed that most women are like this?

PS... I do not feel horrible at all that i am ragging on "my own kind".

i always hold the door and look behind me to see if anyone is coming before i let it go closed.

i can't say that i've noticed whether women or men do this more or not. i've seen plenty of both. an inconsiderate person is just that, inconsiderate, whether they are male or female.

It's a mixed bag to be sure, but based on my daily experience I?d say men are usually more courteous than women in a public setting.

Most people can be selfish assholes. Women and men just express it differently. Trust me on that.

Guys are a lot more straightforward about their selfishness, but they are just as prone to selfishness.

Altruistic, genuine people are hard to find in the world. I have a few good friends who are really awesome genuine people. When you find people like that, don't let go of them.

it IS most women...seriously...not getting enough pummeling at home makes them that way...

Sadly I think it comes down to the fact that men are expected to do things like hold doors for people, help people pump their gas, give directions, etc, where as women are not expected to do these things (especially if with a guy as he is the one expected to do it). That doesn't mean that all women don't do courteous things or that all guys do, but societal expectations are hard to go against.

same. but men are nicer in a public setting because they feel the need to be chivalrous. society expects a man to be nice. no such expectation is placed on women

I totally agree.

There is always one woman who says "OMG, girls are such bitches, I could never be friends with them". Then they are horrible to every woman they meet (especially ones they think are prettier) and they wonder why women are bitches to them :roll:.

anyway, In the coffee shopt situation, I'm that annoying girl that tries to talk to you when we're waiting for our coffees.
