I was wondering what that pulsating bump on the side of my head was.
you know, even though thats disturbing, its so big i feel it's just an animal. and im not scared of ugly animals, just ugly tiny things.

Am I the only one who thinks that's kinda awesome? Never understood people's fear of spiders. Sure I don't want one crawling on me without my permission, but beyond that..
Many species of harvestmen easily tolerate members of their own species, with aggregations of many individuals often found at protected sites near water. These aggregations can count up to 200 animals in the Laniatores, but more than 70,000 in certain Eupnoi. This behavior is likely a strategy against climatic odds, but also against predators, combining the effect of scent secretions, and reducing the probability of each individual of being eaten.
You do see all the babies on its back, right?
EDIT: Oh, and also... I believe those aren't spiders in the original video either

Believe it or not, I know somebody that cut himself while shaving and had a whole ton of little baby spiders pouring out of the side of his face....

But, can it capture and eat a bird?

Holy sh*t, what type of spider is that??
Edit: Is it the giant huntsman? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_huntsman_spider
It doesn't look like the Goliath Birdeater: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Goliath_birdeater
