Well, the punch didn't look like it did that much damange, it looked more like a medium punch backed up with a heavy push, which means the cashier probably only had some bruising, other than that, it was really well timed by the theif, hell I bet the cashier would laugh if he saw the video now.

This guy was lucky that the scumbag didn't have a weapon. I see lots of robberies caught on tape here in Toronto and usually they go to work on the store clerks (stabbing is quite popular these days). Thank god this is my last semester at college.

I feel sorry for the clerks. There is no way in hell I would ever work in a corner store in a questionable neighborhood. Your life isn't worth risking. Get a job elsewhere, even if it is McDonalds.

Basically, I don't think the clerk got hit as hard as that might look at first.

Probably did more of a push, so he could get the tray out of the cash register. It looks like that guy has done it a few times, push/punch the clerk and grab the tray all in one move.
