Sorry folks, no stats today ... have had a hard time driving home for more than 1600 km (approx 1000 miles) in less than 32 hours (incl. some sleep).

OMG, forget the stats, get some rest !!!!

When I was younger and stationed in NE, I used to get up at like 4 AM and drive non-stop from Omaha, NE to Cincinnati, OH when I started my leave, only stopping to fill up my gas tank once. I'd arrive there about 11 hours after I started, and meet up with old friends to start drinking and shooting the breeze well into the night.

Now when I drive, I have to stop about every 2-3 hours, and I can do about an 8 hour drive in a day, but involves pain medication, muscle relaxers, a tens unit, and a very hot bath/hot tub after the trip . And definitely not seeing anybody the first day I get in. Getting older sucks

Added a GTX1018 (Thanks StefanR5R) to the fray. My output should increase from approx 200K PPD to approx 900K PPD, but we will see, since it runs undwe Win 10. Automatic updating of the operating system is disabled ...

Here are the stats for the 43rd day of the race in Folding@Home with Brony@Home
Stats are as of January 13, 2018, 20.00 UTC (approx).
The inter-team race stats are from the Folding@Home stats page and from EOC.com.

We are - more or less - keeping our distance.
The last day we produced 569K points less than Brony@Home.
OTOH, that is approximately 1% pf the TeAm's ppd.
However, we have decreased production for the past two days ... which is not good. I know that my new GTX1080 will add some 690 - 750 K to the fray, but others need to continue to produce too.
Our victory is in no way secured, we need to maintain production to the end, i.e. February 1, 2018.
As I said before: if Brony@Home adds a few more GPUs they still can win.
They need to produce only 5.4 M points more than we do (each and every day) and then they win. That production is not too hard to get ...
So: Fold more, More, MOre, MORe and even MORE, Team AnandTech!

Maybe some people, like me, got our electric bills. I'm planning to shut down a couple of systems after the PrimeGrid race. One of which is a Core 2 with a 750ti. I'm hoping CPU work on another system can make up for it.

There seems to be something wrong with Folding@Home stats pages (and with EOC's stats as well): no points registered for the TeAm & Brony@home at the last two updates. and I want to see how the new GTX1080 is doing ...)

Look at your FAHcontrol estimate, its usually very close.

Monday is a holiday for most in the states so it might be Tuesday before we see stats.

Oh, if it is a long weekend — those are the ones which naturally attract Folding stats outages, right?

While browsing for American holidays, I just learned that on Wednesday, January 17, our PPD will go up again because everybody will ditch the resolution to be mindful of electric bills this year.

I am seeing great things I think for ppd, 12.7m, higher than usual. I saw 13.1 an hour ago or so.

WOW, must be some new units. FAHControl says 13.8 million ppd, and I have not touched anything since my normal 12.3

Ah yes. Thanks Howdy.

Task 11432, back to back.....my 1080Ti is REALLY liking this task. Assuming F@H starts accepting returned results again.
Well, I also had this from early morning and it's still running (14 hrs as I write). F@H control says that it will need another 5 hrs to complete the task. Is it really that long? As reference, mine usually completed single task (avr 24k credit) for about 5 - 5.5 hrs. Oh, my estimated PPD is also down from 110k-ish to 86k-ish.

My cards run at stock boost clocks, but:

I have an 11432 just about to start, and the 1080Ti is estimating it to take 3 hours and 3 minutes. Instead of the typical ~900,000 ppd, I am seeing 1,340,000 ppd. Massive improvement!

On a GTX 1080, an 11432 is at 53% with 2 hours to go, so they take 4 hours +/- , and the ppd estimate is about the same.

On a GTX 1070, I have an 11432 task at 80% with an estimated 61 minutes remaining, so 5 hours +/- on a 1070 (with slightly less than normal estimated ppd).

I think it is safe to say 11432 tasks are longer. Unfortunately the longer run time will cause less of the 'quick return bonus' points to be awarded, on anything less than a 1080. But only the 1080Ti (or perhaps an overclocked 1080) will see an increase in points (in my experience).

Oh, really?
Almost 20 hrs of runtime and probably will only get base credits. Not to mention some mercy from power station for not tripping at peak hours. It's a bit hard to swallow, but unfortunately I have to suck it up and keep folding. Thanks Tony.

Is there anyone else having issues with uploading completed WUs to the server? I have 3 that have been finished since yesterday that have not uploaded to the collection server...............I now understand why I quit Folding and went with BOINC. I am completing the remainder of the ones in progress, but I am not going to do any more until Stanford gets their head out of their backside AGAIN. There is only one reason I started again and that was for the TeAm race.........It's not about the points, but at the same time it is because of the race.

EDIT: They must have heard me, they just uploaded LMAO (Like I'm a big threat )

It's a shame that F@H had to go independent. BOINC is such a handy platform, and it handles your personal usage so much better. If nothing else, I just wish F@H would get an exclusive applications setting.

And at least BOINC has a proper, working mobile app. Can't really say the same for that one Sony made.
